Getting started

How to use
Pulse150

Build the session before you get to the gym, hit play, and train hands-free. No rep counting, no logging — the timer runs the work. Here's the whole flow.

  1. 01

    Build your session

A session is made of blocks — Athletic, Strength, Cardio, Stretch. Add the ones you want for today (all four, or just one). Each block is a short routine you assemble from the exercise library, or reuse from a block you saved.

  2. 02

    Set the clock

For each block, set the work time, the rest, and how many rounds — down to the second. There are no reps to count and nothing to log. The clock is the workout.

  3. 03

    Boxing? Build your combo

On the combo pad, tap punches to build a combo — jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, kicks. Turn on laddering and it adds a punch each round, so the combo climbs as you go.

  4. 04

    Hit play

Run the session on the clock. Audio cues call every interval — get ready, work, rest, next — so you never watch the timer. It keeps running with the screen locked and your own music playing.

  5. 05

    Go block to block

Finish a block and the next one is queued. Work hard, back off, repeat — through every block, start to finish. Everything you do is recorded automatically as you train.

  6. 06

    See what you did

After the session: per-block history, the muscles you worked mapped on your body, and a calorie estimate based on your height and weight — no watch or strap needed.

One heads-up

Pulse150 has no exercise demo videos and the work is intense — it assumes you already know the movements. It's built for people who train, not as a first-timer's coach. Check with a doctor before starting anything new, and stop if something hurts.
